Go on Axeptio’s website to create your account

Click on “Connexion” or “Try it for free”

If you have several websites, login details (ID and Password) will be the same for all your websites.

Then you arrive on the authentication page et you must either create an account by clicking on “Create an account” or log in with your Google or Facebook account.

Once that’s done, you arrive at a back-office agency which is empty but still allows you to centralize all your projects

Then you arrive on the configuration of your cookie management tool et you have to enter your email address without the https:// then click on “next”

In the Integration section you’ll find the SDK, which you’ll have to enter in the footer of your website

The SDK can be loaded in the <header> tag or added before closing the <body> tag. For better performances, we recommend the second method, which allows the script to start parsing the page elements as soon as possible.

If your website is multilingual, you can configure several versions of cookies. A new attribute will appear in the SDK. The line to add is: “el.setAttribute('data-cookies-version', 'Name_data_version')” For more information, check the section:

If you don’t know how to integrate it on your website, vous can consult the redirection below:

You can then choose a pre-configuration of your cookie management

The audience and advertising measurement are pre-configured version of cookies with a home screen and a consent screen including two defaults pixels: Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. This is a configuration that we’ve found a lot and that allows to track our analytics and link our site to Facebook

Once it’s done, your configuration of cookies is automatically generated et you just have to click on Publish and then Confirm.

Once this is done your version of cookies is online. You can now peacefully go back to your website.

Connexion between cookies and your Axeptio version

Once the configuration of your version is completed, you can go to the Technical Integration step to link your Axeptio version to your cookies. For this purpose, you have two possible types of integration:

Integration with a tag manager allows you to simply define a trigger to launch cookies when there’s a click on your Axeptio widget.
